1st retail Store opens in Paarl
15 October 2014
Texcare Laundry and dry-cleaning Specialist from Cape Town has opened a new store in the tranquil lifestyle shopping centre, Frater Square at 40A main road in Paarl.
This is a new chapter in the story of this successful enterprise, as they venture into retail; in so doing, bringing a level of service to ordinary people that has historically only been reserved for 5-star hotel clients.
For a limited time all 1st time visits will also attract a 50% discount, and a portion of the total spend will go to a school of choice for as long as the customer remains.
Frater Square is a unique shopping experience in Paarl. This historic building has been transformed into a Lifestyle Mall, it combines a relaxed style, natural chic and a charming village-like ambience with a buzzing and unique outdoor concept to totally transform traditional expectations of lifestyle and shopping. Expect to find two restaurants, a wine shop, decor shops, hair and beauty salon, travel agent, clothing boutique for adults and kids, a professional dry-cleaner and so much more.
Now, the company (which was founded in 1992) is going through a third incarnation. In this one, the rolex replica company seems to be partly looking back to its own roots from 25 years ago in the making of affordable and attractive tool watches, and also to an era of which it was not directly a part: that of true Vintage Rolex Replica Watches. While vintage inspired designs are hardly a novelty these days, I do think Rolex has done better than usual, in creating vintage-themed watches that don't look like anyone else's designs but their own.
Come and visit us for a distinct shopping experience…or simply kick back and relax with a glass of wine and appetizing cuisine.
There is also:
• Ample parking
• Wheelchair access
• Restaurants open seven days a week
• 24-hour security
The Frater Square building dates back to 1845. This building changed during the years that followed into a pack shed for fruit and farm implements. Today it is still part of the original farm, Hou Moed. Its location at the entrance of Paarl and on the Main Road made it ideal for retail development. After several years of planning by the owners, Gerard and Yvette Frater, their dream of a lifestyle mall is now complete. Here you will find a selection of unique shops and restaurants in an interesting environment. The renovation was closely monitored to retain its original and historical feel. Most materials were recycled and used to complete the project.
